Why this is here

Header pressure sagging to 545 psig on a 600# system while two units raise rates. This is a plant-wide bottleneck, not a local one.

  • UnitsT-410 and R-200 both raising
Recommended. Watch 2 hours. If it kisses 540, cut the lowest-margin rate. Don't let both units 'optimize' locally.
Boiler 3 is in a runback. If it recovers, this disappears. If it doesn't, this is tonight's call.
